This message will mention the scientific calculator.

Submit opens your email app with a draft to hello@ozcalc.com. Nothing is uploaded, and calculator figures are not included unless you paste them.

What to include

Reporting a wrong result

This is the most useful kind of message we get. Name the calculator, the exact inputs you used and the figure you expected instead — ideally with the source you are comparing against. That is enough to reproduce the problem. Please do not send private financial or identifying information; we do not need it to check arithmetic.

A rate or threshold is out of date

Tell us which figure and link to the authority that publishes it. Regulated figures live in versioned datasets that record their source and review date, so a correction updates every calculator and guide that depends on it. Our editorial policy explains that process.

Suggesting a calculator or a guide

Describe the calculation you were trying to do and where you got stuck. Requests that come with a real scenario are far more likely to be built, because they tell us which inputs actually matter. We do not publish a tool until it has a working result, a formula, assumptions, an example and a source.

Privacy, advertising and permissions

Privacy questions, including about analytics and advertising, are answered in the privacy policy. Advertising enquiries and requests to reproduce content beyond what the terms of use allow can go to the same address.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give you tax, financial, credit, legal or employment advice, tell you what you will be assessed or approved for, or intervene in a dispute with the ATO, a lender, a landlord or an employer. We are an independent calculator site, not an adviser or an agency — see the disclaimer. For those questions, the authority named as the source on the relevant calculator page is the right place to start.
